What are the medical policies for on roll employees in hotel industry. based on which we can do tie ups with hospital.??

Dear If employees salary is less than Rs 15000/- than will be covered and they can take facility through ESIC because they will be covered under ESi .for others you can take mediclaim

Today there are a large number of private and government owned insurance companies. The companies provide a wide range of policies for you to choose. I do not know if they have anything specific you do you for hotels. Do you have any specific I need that is not in the general policies?
You should get in touch with a reputed insurance companies and choose from the options the president to decide which suits you the best

but i need the policy which a organaisation can design for employee.for eg; if their is a cut or burn then go this specific hospital and get the bill for ur medication. so what rules n regulation will come into picture for employees, employer and the hospital
