BPOs are registered under State Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. and for every state, the law specifies the working hours, shift time, holidays, etc.
The working hours are excessive if you take Bombay Shops and Establishment act.
48 hours per week is the maximum for normal working.
Provision for Overtime is there in addition.
