Dear All please guide me on below query. I worked in a reputed courier and cargo company almost one and half year. I just want to know that suppose I worked in last financial year and this year I resigned from that company, then in this situation am I eligible to get bonus of last year..? If yes when I would get the same? I mean at the time of Full & final settlement or at the time when company disburse the bonus to all employee? Please guide me..

If you have resigned before April then you can’t....obviously one bonus you have already received. Since u have stated that u have worked for 1 year. Rgds

What is your basic salary if your basic+Da salary is more then Rs.10000/- you are not eligible for bonus otherwise eligible.
Keep contact with your colleagues when company disbursement of bonus...you can contact your company and give request letter for bonus.

If your base salary was > Rs. 10000, you will be entitled to receive bonus for April 14 to March 15 and also for April 15 to May 15 as in these months you have worked for more than 30 days.
Either the amounts will be paid along with your F&F or you will have to claim the same when the company declares the same, which can happen in Oct or Nov 15.
