Hi,
Indeed HR automation is the need of the time but I am not sure whether SAP can serve the purpose or not. I have worked on HR module of SAP and it is cumbersome and not customized as per Indian industry. Its better to look out for individual solutions (recruitment tools, training tools etc.) rather than spending crores on SAP technology.
