Our Airline is National Flag Carrier of Myanmar and we plan to extend our service to International Scheduled Flight in August with Boeing 737-800. In order to keep abreast with International HR development, we would like to enhance the capability and career development of our present HR asset with effective performance review system and performance development methods. Our performance evaluation system should be in line with today airline industry practices. Thus, we welcome any suggestions and advices to implement Performance Review well within our organization.
