Withdrawal of resignation wihout notice period
Dear all if the employee has been resigned his or her position with immediate effect. if the employee has been not received any written acceptance of resignation. the employee put down the paper with immediate effect and the employee has 50 days leave balance. the employee is not going to office after resignation almost 2025 days . in such case can employee put a mail for withdrawal of resignation. thanks & regards jayashree
Providing documents in case of sudden resignation.
Hi all i am a hr manager in an it company. i have a query related to an employee resignation. an employee has completed 6 months in month of may but she took sick leave of one month after that and soon resigned when her sick leaves were completed. shall i give her experience and relieving letter? she is not in condition to to work in notice period as stated in her resignation. what should be done ? thanks
Forced resignation : withdrawn by employee
Dear seniors recently my colleague was asked to resign from the company by the md. the reason was not explained to him. professionally he was doing very well in the organisation. the employee tried to ask the reason to which they just said behavioral issues and did not give any other detail in spite of asking and forced him to put his papers all of a sudden. in the presence of other senior members he was forced to hand write the resignation and give to the hr manager with the next days date. the company s appointment letter has a clause of one month notice period either side as well as suspension clause and an inquiry clause in case of any grievance also. he is a confirmed employee and has completed one year and six months of service. the company is iso 9001:2008 certified. his email id was deactivated with immediate effect and an internal communication was immediately circulated among the other hod s about his resignation without his consent or knowledge. however the acceptance of the resignation has not been given to him in writing till date and the exit interview along with clearance and other formalities was also not done with him. the employee has decided to fight back against this and has withdrawn his resignation from the company in writing within one week of his resignation 4 working days and has asked for his reporting date for resuming his work. there has been no response till now 2 days. requesting your kind inputs and suggestions on this case please and in what way he should proceed ahead to safeguard his interests and get back his position in the company. thanks a lot for your valuable inputs
Present officer is asking for original resignation acceptance letter from previous office
I resigned from a government job of state west bengal in indi due to some personal reason . but resignation was not accepted instantly and it was accepted after 6 months of submitting resignation letter after burning much wood and straws . now after 3 years i have got another state government job of west bengal and the employer is asking for original resignation acceptance letter but problem is the original letter has been damaged very much and it is not in condition of reading so the employer has refused to take it and then i offer him a photocopy of the letter but this time also he refuse to take it and tell me to bring a newly issued resignation acceptance letter from previous office but the previous officer is telling i will not issue any resignation acceptance letter as a great loss was caused due to your sudden resignation. now what should i do ???
F&f settlement after un-conditional resignation - only basic pay shall be paid and not the gross
I worked for a corporate organization for more than four years and all of a sudden during office closure hours insisted to submit an unconditional resignation. however after submission they told me that only basic pay shall be paid and not the gross. can i seek legal support for both reasons now? will law support me?
