Crazy Motts
Dear Dpray and others,
I have been part of a consultancy in the USA that uses fake resumes to secure contract employment for desi/international students.
I could not handle the idea of earning a living by lying entirely about my educational and professional background and so I left the consultancy but I know a lot of Indian nationals who are enslaved by such consultancies that run their business on fake resumes. I hope it helps you all.

Dear Dev,

It's obvious that you cannot make out if a resume is genuine or not by merely looking at it. Candidates who have decided to deceive the employers will ensure that their resumes look genuine and they will come prepared for all the questioning as well. This is when past employment verification makes a perfect option to identify resume fraud.

Today, there are different online past employment verification tools that have made the process of validating employee's work history fast and easy. One such tool is Verified Resources. It asks for factual information related to candidate such as past experience, last withdrawn salary, whether the notice period was served or not, and the status of exit formalities. All these details are verified by the former employer(s) of the candidate. Since the process is automated, you get quick verification results which can be used to make right hiring decisions.

Verified Resources has really helped me a lot to identify fake resumes and I'm sure it will help you too. Here is the link

Thanks
