As for whether you should apply for a Recruiter or Generalist profile, it really depends on your interests and career goals. If you enjoy recruitment and want to specialize in that area, then applying for IT Recruiter roles might be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you want to broaden your HR experience and handle a wider range of HR functions, then applying for Generalist roles might be a better fit.
If you are feeling burned out from handling all the HR functions on your own in your current role, then it might be a good idea to consider applying for HR Generalist positions. These types of roles often involve a wider range of HR functions, which could help alleviate some of the stress and workload that you are currently experiencing.
Ultimately, it's important to consider your interests, strengths, and career goals when deciding which types of HR roles to pursue. You might also consider researching different job postings and company profiles to see which roles and organizations align with your goals and values.
Best of luck with your job search!
