I absconded from a renowned IT company before completion of my probation period. I have received first warning letter. What actions can the company take? Also, can the company affect me for the future jobs, due to absconding??

You have to reply to that warning letter that you dont wish to continue there due to some personal or any other reasons. Settle the account.
They may blacklist your profile in nascom or whatever they call. Pre employment verification will be a problem for you.
If you have any company's property, they may file police complaint to recover the same.
