Dear Seniors,
I am working with IT Industry as hr executive, we are total of 25 employees
being a small firm we do not have much defined company policies for our organisation so we do not have any such benefits for employees and organisation as we are in the month of appraisal i have been asked to come up with some scheme that will benefit employees & company such as mediclaim, funds saving
as far as payroll is concerned we do not have any deduction other than PT
kindly help me with some advice
