dear all
i need training policy for my employees in telecommunication company to keep them retained after i invest huge amount of money at their professional certificates and trainings , or if i can find policy for them to share the training fees with the company.
Dear Waad Sanhouri,
In the Indian context a policy covers different aspects.
A Contract / Agreement is the document that may retain an employee.
The Contract/ Agreement provides a clause by which the employee is required
to work with the company for certain number of years after undergoing training.
If the person wants to leave before the bond period is over, then he has to pay a previously agreed
sum as stated in the bond.
For formats you can search in Cite HR.
Type “ employee bond” inside the box WHAT DO YOU NEED
that you find in the title bar right above.
After typing in the box, press the 'research' button next to it.
You will get lot of information.
You can also refer "Related Information" and 'Download Thread'
that you find in the right side of this message.
Repeat the process for ‘ Company policy for retaining employees’
or any other topic of your choice.
Waad, to retain employees what is important is to create a bond within a team and to create an ecosystem of collaborative working and collective growth.
In my experience, more than professional development, it is important to also invest in personal development and in establishing emotional connect within the teams. This really helps in retaining employees better - and also creates a much happier work environment.
I would be happy to discuss this with you if you need.
