Please suggest which option is better for hiring candidates - through consultancy or through job portals. As my company is newly setup, we have around 12 openings right now..... My company strength is less than 20.

Self Sourcing via a job portal is recommended, provided you have an able resource in place. Else you may avail services of a referred consultant where you'd be supported with a replacement guarantee as well.

Hi Sakshi, Ideally you can go ahead with the job portals like linkedin,Naukri & Monster. They are cost effective. If it doesn’t work then think about the consultancy.

U may look into an option of recruiting thro' monster or naukri job portals. In addition, u will also require services of HR Recruiter. Since ur requirements are too less, above option may not be as cost effective as hiring of candidates thro' Consultants who will provide u with replacement guarantee too.
