I had worked with one MNC, as per my appointment letter notice period was 60 days or salary of 60 days on the sole discretion of the company , I served only 9 days notice, period, company accepted my resignation but stated in acceptance reply that I have to serve a notice of 60 days only. I left the company in 9 days and joined new company. My previous company sent me a recovery notice for 51 days, I arrange the fund and settle the recovery amount by paying a Demand Draft. I have sent a number of email to company for the relieving letter but company is not responding. Please advise me on this.

Now you can take a legal action against the company to get your relieving and experience letter.
