Hi,
I was already had two years of experience in xxx company. I was properly relieved and had both relieving and experience letter. Now I was joined in another company and they get my both relieving and experience letter from me before I join here. Due to some reason, now I was abscond from this company. So I lost my experience letter from here and too my previous experience letter. Now what can I do, when I go for another company? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello John , Talk with your previous company and explain your part of story . They can regenerate your relieving and experience letter . Gautam Dwivedi
Dear John,
At any cost you dont submit your original documents in your employer this is offense also. During your joining time only verify the original documents and it will return back to us. This photo copy only we will submitted to the employer. After joining formalities as per the policy company take the action for background verification for your previous company and collect the details for employer itself.
Your not mentioned in new company HR policy. some company three month salary is asking for release your original documents or your joining formalities was charged in some running cost expense in your company. please you pay the amount you properly relieved in your current employer otherwise you continue the job and tackle the situation and updated you knowledge in challenging situation. You absconding thinking is not true for become a good leader.
