Hi,
This is sivakrishna. I was an employee of MNC in chennai location. I worked around 3 years in that. 2nd Dec, 2013 is the date on which i resigned. And i informed repeatedly to my manager and HR that i cant able to serve notice period due to my personal conditions and i will pay notice period amount of 2 months salary. but for that also my manager didnt accept.
19th Dec,2013 they terminated me and adking me that pay all the dues. i have paid all the dues around 56k, after that they issued me job abandonment experience letter and termination letter.
Am very depressed that , my every new company asking about my termination.
Please help me that is there any usage of those job abandonment exp letter and how can i explain my termination to new employer?

You will have to be truthful about the reasons for leaving the MNC and also about your efforts to keep management informed about your personal problems which merited immediate release.I hope some of your letters were in writing.
Obviously all new employers will perform pre employment checks. One should be forthright in informing new employer about what happened and what actions you took in trying for smooth exit.
I do hope your problems which made you exit are solved and now things are smooth path for continuing further employment.
Highlight this aspect and suitability for employment.
I am sure you have met all targets during 3 year employment with MNC.
They must have graded you in their yearly assessments.
I am sure they also would speak of your general ability to be productive team member.
It becomes a battle to convince new employer, but you have no choice but to face it strategically and intelligently.
