Actually my company is giving me 8 sickleaves and 4 casual leaves. I am 3000 km away from my home and i want to go home but i cant compile both leaves and i take 8 sickleaves then sunday or any other holiday will also be consider as holiday. So tell me any leagal method to avoid LOP because I am going for leave of 12 days.

Wow Nagsumant, that's interesting. East - West extreme cannot be more 2500 kms in any case and hence it's safe to assume that you you work somewhere in extreme south of extreme north of India and that your native is exactly in the opposite direction towards the extreme, much like the kashmir-kanyakumari scenerio.

I agree to your point and am sorry about the scenario that you are into right now. Legally, your employer / company should give you a minimum of 15 days PL unless it is governed by some other exemption rule put into implementation by your company by availing the notification in official gazette. However, you should give a written application (through your superior) to the HR team requesting to consider your case as a special one mentioning facts. Generally, leave rules are quite clearly set in most of the organizations, but most of the companies consider exceptions as well. All depends upon how employee friendly your company is and your relation with your company.
