Hi ,
The welcome kit that we give new joinees contains stationary like diary, notepad, pen, pencil, rubber, sharpner.
You can add more things depending of nature of work employees do at your office.

Along with the basic daily use stationary items you can include:
1. A printed copy of important telephone numbers of key members (this could be the extn numbers of HR, System admin, Admin, Accounts , payroll etc)
2. A simplified direction map inidcating some eating joints(in case your company does not have a cafetaria and there a lot of non-local employees)
3. A personalised coffee mug / key bunch to the storage lockers etc
4. Visiting cards
5. A qucik view policy document (with details on where to see more descriptive explaination of each policy)
6. If your budgets permit you could have: A company logo printed backpack/T shirt/Cap
7. Most importantly include a print with following details:
alloted cubicle/cabin/desk number
PC number /Machine IP
Assigned email ID
And
A Welcome card!!! (you can decide on who signs of the welcome card! )
Thanks
