Dear all,
I am hiring over 20+ people in my agency, the salaries range from 7-10k. These new hires have never been employed before and will be joining the agency as freshers. I would like to know if i can exclude them from PF, i.e if they are willing to. I read something on similar lines in form 11.

Forgot to add this, if i can exclude them from PF, can i register these employees under ecis sceme for social benefits.
Dear friends if Your agency registered from EPF and ESIC then you should be must deducted Epf & esic because employee salary less then 15k

To you, both PF as well ESI Acts are applicable. You need to register under the both Acts and obtain code numbers. Your all employees are coverable under PF as well ESI Act. PF and ESI deductions are mandatory for all your employees.
