Hi,
I have been working for a pvt ltd company for more then two years in sales. I have received a offer from MNC with good package. With the past experience from my colleague they have not received experience letter even after serving for more then 4 years. The company management have a very weird thinking. Its a Pvt Ltd company but the rules are all proprietary with Husband and Wife are the owners of the company. I am very afraid that they will not give my letter as well and which will impact me with my new job. Will the HR from new company will accept my job if i tell them truth about my company ???.....
Please help me out guys to get out of this tension as i m recently married and have lot of responsiblitites over me.
I dont have any bond with this company.
I have appointment letter with all salary slips from first month till date.
Please help me out.

There is no way one can compel your company bosses to issue experience letters.
But you can try and convince them to start this good practise as part of exit policy.
Have you asked them for experience certificate?
Did previous employee who left leave voluntarily or after some dispute?
For all you know when you speak to them, they may indeed give you the required certificate.
Exit should be simple and pleasant experience. After all no one can work in one company life long and has to search for new and better opportunities.
Your pay slips will be proof of your employment.Bonuses, increments will indicate your efficiency in its own way.
