Hi all, Appraisal time here in our company, my management asked me about my self-appraisal, but I dont want to fill my self-appraisal form myself because I filled last year so this year I want to give a chance to fill my appraisal form to my senior and also want to ask about my performance evaluation from my senior so what should i write to my senior because she has sent me appraisal form and I want to write a letter regarding my appraisal so anyone help me what should i write and plz tell me it is my right or wrong decision.
