Hi,
I am Anish. I was selected as HR executive in a private organization for Patna branch, one month back. Now my senior HR asked me to arrange a ESI meet at our office. I am fresher and the earlier HR who left from my place didn't handover the complete HR records. So, could anyone of you explain me the procedure to arrange a meet. It would be a great help if any of the seniors guide me,

1.Sir, I may request you to please elaborate as to what is the purpose of so called "ESI meet at your office" ? If you want to know the procedure etc. as laid down under ESI Act and rules/regulations framed thereunder, you can contact the Branch Manager or Social Security Officer of the Branch Office of ESIC to which your unit is attached.
2. The employers' associations generally arranges such meetings for a particular area. Therefore, you can also take up the matter to Regional Director of ESIC through employers' association of the area.

Sir, you can discuss the issue with the Branch Manager, Branch Office, ESIC to which your unit is attached. The appropriate office to take action for issue of Identity Cards to insured persons is the said Branch Office.
