As i have joined as a Executive HR in a Automobile industry as my first experience with a Manufacturing Sector (800 employees). I'm getting struck to learn huge functions of new things.
Pls guide me how i can develop my observations and perform better in this position.

Hi What is your total experience & you had experience in which industry? What are your current JD’s? What are the observations that you had noticed?
Dear Vidhyasudhakar,
If your company has 800 employees then your HR Department must have five or more HR Professionals. Rather than observing them or their work to learn something new, why you felt need to ask this query on the public forum is not understood. Have you spoken to your HR Manager? Which part of HR you are handling currently? Acquire mastery in whatever you are doing as of now. Once your Manager is satisfied then ask for job rotation within HR. You will learn so many new things automatically.
All the best!
