Dear All, please help me with the query regarding F&F. The salary date in my company is 7th of every month and incentive/expenses cycle is 21st of every month. Now, if an employee resigns from his position on 10th, his expenses should be put on hold and settled in F&F or should be it processed with the expense cycle?
Which one is right.

Hi , it depends on you . generally the day on which the employee is making his last day of working his entire dues should be settled on the same day . That is full and final . Regards Rajeev Dixit
