Dear Mr.S.Raghu Prasad,
Scheme certificate is used to get pension or withdrawal benefit from EPS. If you are in EPS now and previous services are recorded in two scheme certificates, after completion of age of 58 years you may apply for pension along with surrendering the scheme certificates. You will get pension based on the total three services.
