I have joined current company 9 month back, as per appointment letter notice period is 2 month but my company release employee in 30 days generally.
Now i have also put my resignation and intimated company MD on 09/03/2015 and requested to release me in 15-30 days. he has accepted my resignation dated 09/03/2015 but now not giving me date of re-leaving .Kindly guide what should i do. he has responded my mail that will let your know last date by tomorrow ( i.e. on 14/03/2015)secondly i have total 12 PL with me, so am i going to get pay for it in F&F. pls.guide

Wait for his reply. Dont come to the conclusion that they may extend it.
You can use that Paid leave if they say that your notice period is 60 days. But you cannot join in the new company during that period. As you will have double employment during that period. Joining date of new company and last date of previous company will not match, which may lead issues in your profile.
You can negotiate with your HR to reduce that 12 days from notice period and will serve remaining days.
If not, you will get that PL amount with your F&F settlement.
