My company is not giving acceptance of my resignation letter,but the acceptance is urgently needed by the new company that I have got offer from. My current company's manager not evrn giving any reply of my mail. I am in a great trouble, as If I can not produce the acceptance letter the new company will not proceed further my candidature. I am giving a 3 week notice period,though the notice period was 1 month, but they are not contacting me,not giving any reply of my mail.So I can not understand what actually they want? I am also ready to give my last month salary if they want so, as I am nt serving 1 month notice period,but they have put me in an uncertain situation, by not responding since I have give the resignation on 6th March. Please suggest me what to do?

Send your resignation letter with registered post with acknowledgement card to your employer. Keep one copy with you. Paste the post office bill receipt on the right side top corner of the letter and send that scan copy to your new employer.
It will be a proof that you have already put paper. From the day of putting resignation, you are free to leave after 30 days as per your appointment order. If you want to leave early, you may be required to pay back that notice period salary, you may need to negotiate that.
