I put up a post on Facebook looking for any situation vacant on few of the relevant groups. The one person named Pranav Sahay started publicly putting baseless accusations against me which he is unable to prove as well. He now is trolling all my posts and thereby tarnishing my reputation thereby seriously hurting my career. I have all the screen shots saved. Please suggest what I can do to teach him a lesson?

I am assuming you have already registered this as a complaint with your employer. Incase you are working on your own, would suggest these options.
Please report this to Facebook at your earliest. You should keep a close watch on similar responses on other social media domain as he is likely to create pseudo accounts to bully you further.
You can lodge a complaint with the cyber cell, if this doesn't stop.
Loding an FIR is the last resort .
