Training is not just delivery or presentation skills. Thanks to hi-fi training companies, they have developed very different view about the concept of training. Nevertheless, while conducting employee training, business needs should be given priority over individual needs. Else you will never be able to measure the effectiveness of the training. Therefore, my question to you is, have you developed sufficient ground for the placement of the internal trainer?
