Hi,
As In appointment letter either party can give 3 month notice period or salary. However my company asked me to resign asking only one month notice period. I did not send any resignation mail. After 3 days HR send me mail that as discussion held in 26 Feb-2015 your last working day is 25th March 2015.

In 26th discussion reason has given to me that I was unbilled since 120 days.

But thing is that I was working with client project, and that project was very critical almost all weekend and late night spend in office around for 5 month. My manager did not allocated project line in timesheet by giving excuse that as you having H1B visa your can be seen available for onsite oportunites.

I am having all mails related work, late night work, weekend work, communication mail with client, client meeting invitation, client appreciation mail for my work. Mails where Manager has asked to work on weekends/late night. Appreciation mail form vertical head.

Can I take some legal action? If I take legal action what amount I can get as componsation?

Sir,
You should seek an appointment with your HR and discuss the issue with all relevant documents. HR may give some indication of thinking of management about incident. Nothing will happen if you take legal action, as it is time consuming. Even if you win, in reality you are the loser. Hence Sit with the concerned peroson try to settle the issues amicably.
