I would suggest your sister to keep this scenario & discuss this with College Senior teachers, Moreover you can have a search for other companies too for training .. if she have just joined... coz Working for 12 hrs once, twice is ok ut that too for those employee who are just fresher is not applicable or appropriate. may be the nature of work in that organsation would be more on production support for which employee do extend & work for 11, 12 hrs.. if this is bareable for her then its ok as 6 mnths would just pass soon.

Kartik96@RUNAL_JAGPAT- Yes Sir! This is what we have decided now as we do not have any choice only 3 months are now left to get the training completed and then after the employer has told to hire her as a permanent employee but we do not think we would stick to that company after training.
