Hi, i am Shanthi Working Hr recruiter in Consultancy, i Dont know , where i get candidates. kindly give me some ideas.
Dear Shanthi,
It Depends on your sources most probably the recruiters works on job portals which are divided in to the two types one is paid and second one is free portals so please search in to the google you get the free portals details for job posting

use , karizma , naukrirecruit . these are good ones for getting candidates for free . You can also ask for references from the candidates .
Is there nobody in your organisation who could guide you. Hope the agency was not started yesterday. Even then, before starting a business, you or the owner or whosoever is the shareholder or investor should have done some ground work before starting the business. Your question is like asking how to swim, after getting into the river. There are job portals available where you make payment to get access. People sell database of candidates... There are so many options available, but first do the ground work before asking such questions here ! CiteHR or the people here cannot provide candidates !
Best wishes

Try LinkedIn! Its the best source of Professionals along with complete bio data on their profiles.
Before sourcing candidates, make sure you have a clear, well-defined job description. This will streamline your advertising, screening and interview process. With a clear job description, you have the necessary information to attract the best possible candidates..
According to me, the following points helps in attracting candidates to the company.
1) Effective Job description with clear expectations.
2) Post it in Indeed, monster and other job boards.
3) Using Social media like Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook..
4) Improving the brand name of the company(In long term).
5) Employee Referrals
6) Internal job postings.
