Hi...my name is pradeep reddy.I am a MBA graduate(under distance mode) I have more than 3 years of experience as hr executive I want to learn sap hr but my doubt is that am I eligible to do sap hr? bcz I studied my MBA under distance mode.I did my regular degree, bachelor of science(maths,physic, chemistry)...is regular MBA needed to learn sap?

SAP-HR module is being used by quite a lot of companies these days. Some of them generally use the payroll and Performance appraisal part of it. Anybody can learn it and your education does not refrain you from learning something that could be of immense use to you in the future (if in case you get an opportunity to work in an organization using SAP).
It should not be difficult to find some SAP trainers who are readily available these days, since quite a lot of them are relatively unloaded in some of the IT/Software companies. And you could get trained at a relatively much lower cost.
Let me know your location, I can recommend you some individual trainers whom you can approach.
