Hello Seniors,
I want to discuss about my problem,
I have an employee who left my organization without informing anyone and also changed his number.I try sending the warning letter to the address given by him on the date of joining our organization,But the speed post returned back mentioning that he has changed his address and now shifted to other location.
My question is that: At this time i am helpless as i am unable to start my process .
I cross checked his address from the Bank where he was having its salary account but the address is same.
I have his PAN card number , is there any way to trace his address using his PAN card number .
I will be very thankfull if this problem of mine can be solved by your valuable suggestions.
Regards,
Gautam Dwivedi

No its not possible to trace him via Pan card... Possible Job sites, Social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter etc you might get a hold of him..

Processes are to help you to get your work done.
If the employee has left without informing and you want to contact him as a legal formality, you may also explore the option of searching him through newspapers notice. If he has left with company's assets, you can take help from police. If your only reason to conclude that, he has changed his address because speed post letter says so, still try to check by physical verification, by visiting the address. You may be for a surprise.
