Hi All,
My notice period is 2 months and I have submitted my resignation on 3rd Feb 2015. Calculating 2 months from 3 Feb 2015 comes 3 April 2015 as my last day at organization.
Its been more than 1 month I had submitted my resignation but my manager has not yet confirmed my Last working day.
Can my manager force me to stay beyond official notice period?
Please help & please do reply.
Thanks in advance

Hi All, Also let me know whether they can stop me by any unnecessary reasons like no alternate resource available, handover is remaining, something like that. Thanks in advance.
