Especially its becoming very for me to hold on Android developers, in the recent case where in he had completed the product training and while on the job he went absconding...
Like he stopped coming to office from next day itself... then we called him few days he said not keeping well and later not picking the calls. its understood tat fellow is not interested... but to make sure the on board candidate will stick on..?
