I have few doubts regarding the Recruitment Consultancy. I want to start my own consultancy in Andheri, Mumbai. I want to know whether Naukri/monster login is required or not? Or quikr.com is sufficient?
I also want to know that, are the companies paying only when the candidate completes 90 days OR they want a replacement and that's it? Suppose I am recruiting a candidate in BPO. He works for 70 days and leaves company. If I have clawback of 90 days, the company needs a replacement for remaining 20 days or complete 90 days?
Kindly help me out.

In my opinion it’s good to have a naukri or monster login. otherwise you’d feel quite lost.

Hi Chandrima, what about replacement period? Are The Companies Paying Only When The Candidate Completes 90 Days OR They Want A Replacement And That's It? Suppose I Am Recruiting A Candidate In BPO. Hello Djbuziness,
The 90 days that you are talking of is the "minimum period" that the candidate sourced through YOU needs to stay with your client's company for the charges that they would have paid to you. You can call it as a "free replacement period". If your candidate leaves the company before completion of 90 days, you need to provide a suitable replacement (for the same position) within a suitable period free of cost or else adjust the same amount (if the company has already paid to you) by filling up some other positions for your client company.
To avoid these issues, some companies make the payment condition of 90 days with the recruitment consultancy firm whereby they release the payment to the consultancy firm within a week after the candidate has completed 90 days with them.
I hope your confusion is cleared.
Cheers, A.B.
