I am working in clothing company. My manager has told me to prepare KRA based performance appraisal form of retail merchandiser and Sales manager and told me to put KRA and KPI points in them of both the positions. I am working in a construction type company as an HR Executive, company has many site locations running all over India. My senior asked me to prepare KPI for site operation employees but i have no idea about this. in my opinion a technical person like site in charge or project head can only do this practice.
Can a HR set KPI for employees involved in construction work. if yes, then how, what are the factors involved in it.
