Dear Seniors,
Thanks in advance!
I am working as an HR Executive in one of the software companies. My concerns is that we have only 3 months of period for probation. So, Is it a kind of compulsion to revise salary after employee is being confirmed? Because we have given enough hike to employee when he has joined our firm.It is not that he is not a good performer or something but this is just to know that is it a comlusion to revise one's salary on confirmation?
Waiting for your reply.
Regards,
NDS

there is no hard and fast rule regarding revision of salary. no where in law it is said that you need to revise on confirmation. but you need to pay minimum wages payable to them. the question of salary revision is left to the management. I would suggest you can keep one year as a performance period.
