we already filled for jan & feb month returns , how to file previous months administrative Charges Revised Notification W.E.F. 1st January 2015.

Detail of revision as under:-
Previous Rule:-
Two Conditions:-
1. No Employee :-minimum Rs. 5 in A/c 2 and Rs. 2 in A/c 22.
2. Others:- 1.1% in A/c 2 and 0.01% in A/c 22.
New Rule:-
Two Conditions:-
1. No Employee:- minimum Rs. 75 in A/c 2 and Rs. 25 in A/c 22
2. Others:- 0.85% or Rs. 500 which is higher in A/c 2 and 0.01% or Rs. 200 which is higher in A/c 22

1. A/C 01 refers to Contributions towards PF made by Employee and Employer (12 % & 3.67% of BASIC)
2. A/C 02 refers to Admin Charges on A/C 01 (0.85% of Basic or Rs 500/75)
3. A/C 10 refers to Contributions made towards EPS by the Emloyer (8.33% of BASIC)
4. A/C 21 refers to Contributions made to EDLI by Employer (0.5% of BASIC)
5. A/C 22 refers to Admin Charges on A/C 21 (0.01% of BASIC or 200/25)

we dont have any employees since 1st april 2014 neither any business regarding this...however we are still paying minimum administrative & inspection charges till now...should we require to obtain UAN of the previous employees...& also to submit the respective KYC's....we dont have whereabouts of the previous employees...so kindly give your valuable opinions...thank you

Hello, Here i paid Rs.133 in AC 22, Pls help me out, how much should i pay the full amount of Rs. 200 or the balance amount? (That is 200-133 = 67)
