How many pages should made for a standard resume of Asst. manager Hr & Admin ? Some body said that a standard cv/resume should not more than 3 pages. Please advice me.

not the question of pages!! Resume demands clarity in a briefest possible manner..... (no prescribed rules for drafting resume...)

A professional resume ideally shall be for 1 or 2 pages if the experience is within 10 years. At max, the length can go to 3 pages.
Please see that:
a) A crisp resume is always better than a lengthy resume
b) Avoid mentioning repetitive KRAs
c) Rather than mentioning your day to day activities, highlight your achievements
