I am stuck in a question while filling form 10 c "Are you availing pension under EPS -95 ?" Could anybody help me in this regard .

I don't know that why do you stuck for the 12th query of form 10C, "Are you availing pension under EPS -95 ?". Form 10 C is either for Scheme certificate or withdrawal benefit on our own contribution to EPS. But one can avail PF pension through the membership of spouse (widow/widower pension), parents (child pension) or any other member (nominee pension).
