It is mandatory to deduct Of contributions and credit in EPF account of employee covered under EPF Act. Get asked information under RTI from EPF PIO about how many employees of company are covered under the Act; when did the inspector last inspect the records of company. Whether -----number of employees who are eligible have been covered under the Act. Similarly ask for information or make a complaint to inspector of Shops and Establishment Act for non payment of wages/ TA to employees.
Thanks

RTI Act is applicable all over India. You can ask information from anywhere from any PIO under EPF or from PIO of TN shops and establishment. There is prescribed format under the RTI rules on website of Department of Personnel and Training. Pay Rs.10 fees through postal order by enclosing with application. Fill up particulars in application format and send by registered post to the concerned PIO.

If you can fill up the forms properly and send by speed post to employer to forward it to the EPF Authorities. Wait for 7-10 days and check the EPF Office. If employer has not sent it to EPF then give a written complaint to EPF authorities to process it by compelling the employer to sign the forms. Seek prosecution of employer from EPF authorities. Send a legal notice to recover TA dues.
Thanks
