Dear experts one of the emplyee salary is 6000/ pm for 30 days that mean rs. 200 per day for 8 hour its been rs. 25 per hour query... if this employee does 100 hour ot in one month then only 2500 will be paid for over time as per the term of employement or is there any specific payment rule for ot please revert regard rohit jain

We have manpower contractor and we are paying daily wage and if ot is applicable ot is also paidlike 310 per day wage then ot rate will be 310/8 38.75 per hour. esi & pf we are paying on both duty and ot but the contractor has not paying to epfo only on duty amount only paying. is it correct..? and what type action will be take by them. please suggest
