my query is that,i am fresher thats why i don\'t know the basic key factor of HR field,apart from that i am here since 2 months,because there is only one work is about hiring,i want to bee there but my problem is how can i hire the candidates,without any portal,and they won\'t be able to invest on consultancies,i read your conversations then post add on various free sight,like quicker,olx,linkedin,indeed,shine but there is no response even i don\'t get any calls regarding my add,from int Candidates,yes,i having recommendation and some numbers is around 20 behalf of quicker,thats why i exist here,but it is not inough you know it very well,so how can i hired ....... if you have any suggestion or any opinion please ......describe here.....i want my future in HR field.......
