Hello seniors, I have to write an analytical report on employee turnover. I have gathered the information like emp. name, des., dept, joining date, termination date, tenure, and salary. But have no clue where to start and how to go for a self-explanatory report. Please guide me.
If any of you can share a format. I will be grateful.
