Basics of HR Management teach us that Organisation Development (OD) and Employee Training and Development are the two separate sub-disciplines of HR. At best you can say that employee training is part of OD. But then this does not dilute the importance of employee training per se. On the contrary OD is far more comprehensive.
Do you want teach OD to your staffs? If yes, then I would say this is not at all required.
Please clarify what is in your mind.
