I am working in real estate firm, one of our employee have left the job without intimation but that employee have taken loan from bank on the name of company. so what procedure termination process hr should do in this case to be in safeside.
Send a show-cause letter through Registered post with acknowledgement card stating that why the company should not terminate you due to the unauthorized absent for ___ days. If we dont receive reply with in next 48 hours of the letter received. You will be recorded as absconded..
Draft the letter with above points and send him and close the file.

Apart from what Mr. Stephen has mentioned, please let us know how come the employee take the loan in Company's Name please elaborate. And how does it matter with the absconding, if the loan is in the name of the company the company will repay the authorized signatory may change.
