I am looking for a new job because I feel that with my current 1 year experience I can get any better opportunity in any other company. so should I apply only in small companies or should not apply in big companies considering my previous my history or situation..........and I am thinking of showing only my current one year experience on my resume . I have completed my graduation in 2009 and if I show only current one experience then it will create a gap of 3-4 years after graduation............on this basis will I have job opportunities or not ? Now I would definitely like to show only my current experience in resume and is it ok..................or not please suggest.

Why do you want to leave the current Job? My advise is to make your base strong by being there for few more years. Already u have gap of 4 years after graduation.
There might be issues in the current Job. But find the possible ways to adjust with those situations and be there.
It is not crime for having 4 years gap after graduation. But even though you had gap, someone have offered you job. Without being there at least for minimum 3 to 5 years, you wanted to quit. This will show to the interviewer that you are not stable minded.

Thanks for this valuable guidance, I want to leave the current job because when I had applied for this job I had shown fake experience but now I am thinking of changing the job and showing only my genuine current experience of 1 year so should I do so or not ? If I do so will it create any problem for me with my future employer ? Sir, I know it is wrong but please suggest at least one solution for this and what should I do according to you ? Please......................
