Single show cause - can i mention several misconduct of an employee in a single show cause notice?
Dear professionals can i mention several misconduct of an employee in a single show cause notice or separate show cause to be served to different misconduct. pls suggest me.

Dear all recently after 6 months probation i am confirmed as an employe in an organization.after that i got a confirmation letter from hr in that it is stated that my notice period would be 2 months.but i am not comfortable for 2 months notice period so i clearly mentioned it to hr. after some days later i got a "show cause letter" from hr please find the attachment which contains some part of actual letter for showing misconduct. my question is that is this a type of misconduct to reject the confirmation letter if you are not agreeing some terms in it? also please help me to give a reply to this show cause notice as i am new to this subject. appreciate your help. thank you

Dear folks when we not receiving any explanation to the issued show cause notice on any misconduct from employee can we presume that employee have nothing to explain and accepting the misconduct or charges ? . can we proceed the disciplinary action further

Sleeping while on duty - misconduct
Dear sr.friends as per standing order "sleeping while on duty is a misconduct" . but what extent of sleeping will be considered. i mean to say a person in totally sleeping just like on bed time is major misconduct while on duty. but some people are at the earlier hours i.e. the shift which going to be end just lay down is a ? will you please expand the status of sleeping while on duty.? regards pbs
