I have a doubt regarding creches in the factory, What if There are #0 women but they are not married?
What about the studies of Child in any factory above 5 years ?

For faster replies, as far as possible, the question should be clear. Even if the women are not married, as per Factories Act, creche is mandatory if the number of women employees is 30 or more. Taking care of studies of children of employees is not an obligation of employer. TI think you meant to ask the same only. The topic was answered in the following link also.
